Pharmacy Weight Loss Lightcliffe is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultation and prescription services to patients in Lightcliffe and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmacy law.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you.
Our weight loss services are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions. Our clinical team will assess your suitability based on the information you provide during your consultation.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment conducted by our qualified prescribers. No prescription will be issued automatically. Our pharmacists and prescribers retain the right to refuse, amend, or withhold any prescription based on clinical judgement.
Prescriptions are valid for the period stated on the prescription document. You must not share, sell, or transfer any medication prescribed to you. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information during your consultation. Providing false information may result in harm and could constitute a criminal offence.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing without prior notice, though any changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Your payment details are processed securely and are not stored by us directly.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your nominated UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier issues or incorrect address information provided by you. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email. If your prescription has already been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund, in accordance with Medicines Act regulations governing the return of dispensed medicines.
If your prescription is declined on clinical grounds following payment, you will receive a full refund of any medication costs within 5 to 10 working days. Consultation fees may be non-refundable where a clinical assessment has been completed.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Lightcliffe are intended to complement, not replace, the advice of your GP or other healthcare professionals. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from treatment. If you experience any adverse effects, you should stop taking your medication and seek medical advice immediately.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
